Amanda Anderson-You
Amanda Anderson-You is a Data Visualization Developer at the Eric and Wendy Schmidt Center for Data Science and Environment (DSE). She is passionate about translating complex information into accessible and visually engaging visualizations to inspire change and progress. She has worked on a variety of projects focusing on topics such as climate, healthcare, philanthropy, and art.
Amanda completed her Master of Science degree in Data Visualization from Parsons School of Design, The New School and worked as a freelance designer and developer for several years prior to bringing her expertise to DSE. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in individualized studies with a minor in Danish from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities.
In her free time, Amanda enjoys spending time with her family and friends, trying out new recipes, traveling, and sewing.
