Science Storytelling for Impact Workshops

Free and open to graduate students and postdocs in any environmental discipline, the Eric and Wendy Schmidt Center for Data Science & Environment (DSE) and partners are thrilled to host Dr. Carlie Wiener, Director of Communications, Schmidt Ocean Institute and a panel of science communication experts for two free science storytelling for impact workshops on October 17 or 18th.

WHAT: Science Storytelling for Impact Workshops

WHEN: October 17 OR 18, 9am-2pm

WHERE: ICSI, 2150 Shattuck Ave, Suite 250

 

Space is limited and we will use a waitlist once fully enrolled.

The workshop will be hosted in person only in the office space of The International Computer Science Institute (ICSI) in Downtown Berkeley, 2150 Shattuck Ave, Suite 250 from 9am-3pm. While free, we ask all participants to commit to attending the full program. The same workshop will be hosted on both days, so only plan to attend one.
